Manchester Padel Club Filming Policy

At Manchester Padel Club, we love sharing our passion for padel with the world! To make sure everyone has a great experience, we've put together some simple guidelines for anyone who wants to film at our club. These guidelines apply to all members, guests, visitors, media representatives, and anyone else who would like to film on our premises.

Policy Guidelines

  1. Getting Permission

    • Before you start filming, please get the green light from club management.

    • Submit a filming request to hello@manchesterpadel.club at least two weeks ahead of your planned date.

    • In your request, please tell us the purpose of your filming, what equipment you'll use, where you'd like to film, and how long it will take.

  2. Where and When

    • Some areas, like changing rooms and bathrooms, are off-limits for filming to respect everyone's privacy.

    • Please make sure your filming doesn't interrupt club activities, coaching sessions, or events unless we've agreed on it beforehand.

    • Always get consent from people who might be in your shots, especially if they’re under 18 (you'll need their parents' or guardians' permission).

  3. Safety and Respect

    • Keep your filming gear safe and out of the way so it doesn’t pose any hazards.

    • Be mindful of our club's vibe and treat everyone with respect.

  4. Using the Content

    • If you want to use the footage for commercial purposes, please get explicit written permission from us.

    • We’d love to see the final content before it goes public to make sure it represents our club well.

  5. Fees and Responsibilities

    • Depending on your filming project, there might be a small fee.

    • If anything gets damaged during filming, you’ll need to cover the cost.

  6. Privacy

    • Please respect any confidential information you might come across during your time at the club.

  7. Insurance

    • For bigger projects, we might ask for proof of insurance to cover any potential issues.

  8. Club Rights

    • We reserve the right to stop filming or revoke permission if these guidelines aren't followed or if it's in the best interest of our club and members.
