Starting from next week you can dive into our Intro to Padel, Beginners Coaching or Cardio Padel sessions.

Intro to Padel - Tuesday 9.30am and Saturday 2pm
Perfect for newcomers, this session is all about building your skills from the ground up. Dive into the basics and master fundamental techniques in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Let's have some fun on the court!
Cardio Padel - Wednesday and Thursday 2
Join Coach Rachel Thomas in this high-energy group fitness session that seamlessly blends the best of padel with cardiovascular exercise. Expect an exhilarating full-body workout through padel drills and games.
Beginners Padel Coaching - Tuesday 2pm
Tailored for those who have just started out and are looking to enhance their game, this session focuses on refining skills, techniques, and gameplay. Ideal for beginner players keen on improvement.
